Hi Geeks,
I have setup the integration framework successfuly, created a certificate for ssl and imported the certificate on my mobile device. I have also tested the B1iDi and JDBC Successfuly. Port 8443 is open and tested successfuly but am not able to login into Business One using the app. Am getting this error "Connection Failed".
Please Help in Troubleshooting this Issue , I have tried everything possible. I used SAP Note 1924930 - SAP Business One mobile app for Android - Troubleshooting and compatibility information.
Maybe there is someone out there who might have landed on the same problem and had a workaround.
Regards,
Timothy

Try restaring the services related to the Integration Component, DI Proxy, Server, Integration.
Did you check the "Mobile user" checkbox for that user's account?
Let me know when you try this things,
Edwin

I did restart all service related to mobile service one,
But still can't. Even i already pass the troubleshoot for android.
No any error, still can't connect, will show connect failed.
But if using ios, it able to connect,
Just android unable to connect.
All the troubleshoot way i already try.And i pass all the testing,
But why my android unable to connect but ios can?
