MM price condition for minimum order value at item level

Hi experts,

for a Purchase Order I need to configure a price condition that does the following: if the order value (at item level) is below 45 EUR the item value is being rounded up to 45 EUR (by applying this price condition). If the order value (at item level) is 45 EUR or higher the normal pricing procedure takes place. Thanks a lot for your help.

there are round 500 materials to be used.
