MM good receipt by movement type 103 - stop creation of reminders

Hello community,

we have got the following situation:

- receive goods in the central storage,
- creation of good receipt using movement type 103

-creation of good receipt by using movement type 105 by enduser

the problem is, that SAP creates reminders in spite of the existing good receipt of the central storage (MT 103).

I know, the movement type 103 is unvalued 🙂 But is there any possibility to skip the creation of reminders of orders with good receipt by MT 103?

Could you please post a screen shot of the error?

Can you check if the reminder/expediter days are maintained in vendor and info record for this vendor and material combination and then removing it? This might stop the system from sending the reminders.

Hi Andy, did you ever find a solution to this problem. I have the same problem now (but using movement type 107). If there is a 107 posted, then I do not want a reminder to be generated, likewise for vendor valuation, it should be based on the 107 movement. It looks like in standard it looks for the 109, which does not serve out purposes. Thanks, Patrick
