Missing Parts list with availability check while release the Production Order

Hello All,

I have created one checking rule for the availability check value and assigned it to Order release control. When i check the missing parts list, system is not showing all the components which don't have stock on required date. I also checked ATP qty in CO09. I seen some strange behavior on availability check. When i do production order initially, it will display with few components as missing parts. But, when i do manual availability check with production Order screen (CO02), it will listed other components as missing parts list.

Why the system is not listed all the components in missing parts list while initial release but later displayed when we do manual availability check? Is anyone across with this issue? Is it known issue and there any SAP note for this?

* Please note that we are using different checking rule while create and Release

Check OPJK as mentioned by Raja.

Is the requirement to lock the system that if there is shortage of child components Production order should not be released ?

Thanks. The highlighted indicator was active in my case. I understood that availability check will perform when saving the after release the Order. My concern here is, when i release, for example, 2 components are displayed as missing parts and i saved the order. When I check the missing part after save in display mode or in CO24, the same 2 components are displayed. When i open the order in edit mode and check the missing part, a pop up is displayed with "display old result" and "check order again". If i use "display old result", the same 2 components are displayed but if we use "check order again", it will display with original missing components like 7/8 items as per CO09.

(* Please note that this action was done within 5 secs, so there in no Qty variations (+/-) to update the stock qty and showing differnt list in missing parts)

Why the system is not showing the list when i save the order after release? why do we need recheck availability again do get the original missing parts? User will do mass release the order and immediately take CO24 report for missing parts list but it's not matched with original missing parts. Any idea on this?
