Hi All,
We are experiencing an occasional issue when creating outbound deliveries (VL01NO). A user creates a delivery for goods leaving site, the final step is to click the save icon, this saves the detail and they are then presented with a number for the delivery just created. In the circumstances we are referring to, on searching for the OB Delv (VL03N) for the number, no delivery can be found. A check of table (LIKP) using the number as reference indicates the record missing from the sequence.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,
Using tcode SM13 check if the update task has terminated for the user. From the error, you can see why the update failed.
