Minimum recommended specs for local machine running S/4HC in browser

Hello there

Something I'm find quite a lot is really poor performance of S/4HC on my local machine, which I'm presuming is due to high RAM consumption. Especially when sharing on a call in Microsoft Teams (meaning lots of JavaScript) the RAM consumption on my machine goes through the roof. I've only got 8gb on my local machine, so S/4HC becomes slow and unresponsive.

Just wondered: is there a minimum recommended specification for local machines accessing S/4HC through a browser?

For example, S4HC 2105 navigates to the UI5 1.87.0 version (https://sapui5.hana.ondemand.com/1.87.0/#/topic/74b59efa0eef48988d3b716bd0ecc933)

Typically, RAM is not the gating factor to performance on the web client. I would recommend you check your internet bandwidth and latency to your system.

If you still see performance issues, I would recommend you log a ticket with SAP Support as they can further diagnose.
