Migration of SD - Condition Records for Free Goods

Hi Members, 

I am migrating the condition records for free goods using the SD - Condition Records for Free Goods Migration Object in SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition. During the migration, I need to input the condition table number for the condition type YA00 - Free Goods SD. However, I couldn't find the condition table number for the mentioned condition type in the system.

Then, when I simulate the migration project, it says, "For condition type YA00 and table 004, there are no valid access sequences."

I'm trying to find the KB but couldn't find any. Please help me with where I can check the condition table number and access sequence for the condition type YA00 - Free Goods SD.

Please refer to the KBA:

• KBA 3599777 - Error "For condition type YA00 and table &1, there are no valid access sequences" when migrating condition records for free goods

Hi KhantNyi,

As per your screenshot 1, you have maintained the condition table 005; the second screenshot shows the error for 004. Cross-check the uploaded file and reload it again.

Please correct me if my understanding is wrong.
