Migration of Remaining Budget

Hi All,

I need to migrate remaining budget for around 500 projects from excel sheet . All these project budget are on ECC system & need to migrate to S4 Hana private edition . We can not connect these 2 system ( ECC to S4 hana ) and subsequently need to download all these details from ECC & upload to new system ( S4 Hana ) . If we need to develop any custom program , can anyone please suggest any API /BAPI etc .
