Migration Object: Product having unwanted fields which are not relevant to client

Hi Experts,

We are preparing for the material master data migration via migration cockpit. We have selected Migration object: Product and during the project creation it shows all table structure and it has some table structure related to textile, Retail, Fashion which are not applicable to our client business. Is there a way we can exclude them in our template as these fields are creating confusion and making the template preparation complex. Request inputs on it.

Yes you can exclude the unwanted fields using Migration Object Modeler (tcode LTMOM). In the section "Source Structures" you can delete a field or the whole tab. After that you have to download the template again.

this procedure does not work for the new object modeler via LTMOM_CU_01.

Any other solution to hide unwanted field for the template ?

Hello,

Yes, you can change the visibility of the field, so that it doesn't appear in template using Migration Object Modeler (LTMOM).
