No matter what I try I do not seem to be able to get around the error which appears when loading Customers.
When simulating, the Customers without Ship-to partners seem error free, but any Sold-to Customers having Ship-to partners assigned seem to produce an error, being "Entry XXXXXXXXXX does not exist in KNA1 (check entry)", even though the shipTo Partner/Customer appears in the 'General_data' worksheet of the Customer Template.
Has anyone else encountered this issue and overcome it?
I could remove all the shipto's from the Template, and use another object to extend to the ShipTo partners for the SoldTo customer, but I am sure I have tried this previously, and it objects to do this.
