Migrate Transport Reporting Rules Assignment (Group Reporting)

Hi All,

How is it possible to transport/ migrate the reporting rule assignments (App: Define Reporting Rules) between environments? we are using S/4 HANA cloud. Same question for on premise. I didn't see an import feature but there is an ability to export the rules to Excel.
