Hello SAP Guru

I have run M-T-O 20 strategy.I create material master,bom,work center,routing & sales order

BUT

**when i have run MRP in MD50 only get messege MRP CARRIED OUT FOR FERT MATERIAL

MESSEGE NO. 61054

& have disply one planned order ie

not develop semifinish,raw material(md04)only finished material

i also see mrp list in MD05 but there is no any list display only get message 61088

Hi,

I think you want to tell is MRP not carried out for Dependent Requirements, Correct?

Then problem may be,

- Check in MRP 4 view of BOM components for requirement types.If you want Planning Proposal with account assginment type of sales order then set requriement type as Individual or Individual and collective both.

- If it is maintain as Individual and still problem is there then check validity date of BOM and Production version also.

- Same thing applicable (Point 2) for valid From to To lot size of BOM and Production version also.

- Check Planned order of Fert which was generated during MRP , BOM is exploded or not?

sir i try this type procedure for your response but it was same ERROR "MRP CARRIED OUT "

My procedure is for subconracting:

i create subcontracting material then it's BOM ONLY i have not maintain ROUTING

Because my subcontacting procedure is MATERIAL WISE not operation wise.

How shold solve this problem?

pls in detail scenario.
