Message output condition determination for 642 movement type

We need to trigger the message output type for the 642 movement type.

1. We created a new condition table and added the movement type to the condition table

2. A new access sequence is created and assigned to the message output type

3. Condition records maintained in vv21.

Now while doing the Vl09 the system does not pick the message output type automatically in the delivery. Can you please suggest?

Can you check whether this OSS note could be applied and if that changes the behavior: 2017735 - Messages are not issued during the cancellation of inbound deliveries.
