Message No. QV164 - Inspection Lot created via Action BOX not updated in data base

I have created one inspection lot from the Quality notification via the Action BOX - QMLR_CREATE_INSP_LOT.

Its displaying in notification but not in QA02 or QA03

Throwing error like this any idea?

can you confirm that you have properly setup the activity in the action box:

1. Function module: QMLR_CREATE_INSP_LOT
2. Function module when saving: QMLR_CREATE_INSP_LOT_STEP2

Seems to me you are missing configuration - the second function module is not assigned to activity and it is not executed.

Hello ,

Check the below transactions to know whether do you got any Error while saving it in the database. 

1. Business Workplace (T-Code: SBWP) - Whether any messages triggered with tile "Update was canceled"

2. ABAP Runtime Errors ( ST22) 

3. Update Request (SM13)
