but i had already defined it-in DEFINE TOLERANCE GROUP FOR EMPLOYEE

Check your settings in OBA4 / OB57

For GL account you can do this through transaction OBA0. Enter the tolerance group and enter the tolerance values that you want.Then go to transaction FS00 and enter the tolerance group in the Control Data tab.
