but i had already defined it-in DEFINE TOLERANCE GROUP FOR EMPLOYEE

Hi

First you need to define tolerance groups for the employees, that can be done in T Code <b>OBA4</b>; without defining tolerance groups, the system will not accept any postings to be done.

Even for vendors and customers, you have to define tolerance groups before you do any posting in A/P and A/R respectively.
