Message is not updated post approval - Purchase order

Dear Folks,

I am facing issue in output determination, post approval of Purchase order the message tab is blank the output form linked is not determined.

I am using the standard document type "NB" and auto approval scenario.

At configuration level in purchase order processing and output control :maintain form template the configuration seem pretty okay.

Can any one let me know how can I fix the issue/ if I need to check some other place as well

Hi iahmeds ,

When message tab in empty its usually because Output determination App is empty or not configured correctly.

Therefore, please check if output configurations are in place for PO, refer set up guide https://support.sap.com/content/dam/SAAP/Sol_Pack/Library/Setup/1LQ_Set-Up_EN_XX.pdf - this is scope item 1LQ

Other reasons could be, If there are any incomplete output for the document, the system will not generate a new change output.

Output will not be generated until purchase order is fully approved

Thank you for your response the issue is fixed fine tuning the channel section in OPD.
