We're working with Release 604, level 0008 and support package SAPKH60408.
When my customer runs T CODE CO88, the error message occurs:
"Status DLV / TECO was reversed after settlement of period 010 2011
Message on. KD285
Diagnosis
Either the sender is a production order or an order without internal Revenue (or WBS element). This sender contains the key results and analysis you need to treat it as a WIP element.
The sender is a production order.
You Either Delivered or Technically completed order During the production period 010 2011, and then you settled it. You settled to actual costs or material to a price difference account. Where Necessary, you settled variances to Profitability Analysis.
During the current settlement period 011 2011, the production order is Delivered Neither, nor Technically completed. This Means That You Do Not have to settle any actual costs.
The sender is a WIP element.
The internal order (or WBS element) was closed Technically During the period 010 2011. It was settled Also in this period. During the actual settlement costs Were settled to the receiver of the settlement andthe WIP rule was broken down.
However, During the current settlement period 011 2011, the internal order (or WBS element) is not Technically completed. This means That you can not settle any actual costs.
Procedure
If you wish to settle actual costs and variances in this period too, then you need to make the CORRESPONDING As mentioned above settings. This enables the system to keep settlement of current costs and of variances.
Otherwise, you need to reverse the current costs of settlement or variances in period 010 in 2011. This enables the transfer of work in process to Financial Accounting, Should the container to sender key results analysis.
Note, You Can Correctly settlement only if the reverse current quantity stored in the material corresponds to the quantity stored at the time of settlement.
Example 1:
Period 1: 10 pieces Delivers Order to warehouse
Stored Quantity: 10 pieces
Period 2: Order settlement period is 1 / Base quantity: 10 pieces
Order delivery is reversed at a later date
Quantity Stored: 0 pieces
Procedure in this case:
1. Repeat delivery -> stored Quantity: 10 pieces
2. Reverse settlement
3. Repeat reversal delivery -> Quantity Stored: 0 pieces
Example 2:
Period 1: 10 pieces Delivers Order to warehouse
Stored Quantity: 20 pieces
Period 2: Order settlement period is 1 / Base quantity: 10 pieces
Delivery order is reversed
Stored Quantity: 10 pieces
Procedure in this case:
Settlement reversal is sufficient, since the quantity stored> = the base quantity of the order."
