For a single measuring point we are getting three measurement documents on a day ,where we usually should get only one measurement document per day.Kindly let us know what settings might have been changed causing this issue.

There are lot of reasons, why this may occur, if you are updating from a interface or reading of one parent can be transferred to child eqiupment.
Contact your PM Consultant and check the setup
