MEASUREMENT POINT MAINTENANCE PLAN DUE BASED ON LAST COMPLETION

We have maintenance plans set up to generate a PM based on a counter reading.

MP1 - Weekly hour meter reading for counter 1 is entered.

MP2 - PM generated for equipment every 800 hours based on counter 1.

At 800 hours MP2 generates a PM for the technician to service the equipment. However, based on equipment availability and scheduling the equipment has 850 hours when the service is completed.

Is it possible to add a measurement reading to MP2 for hour meter reading once service is completed so that MP2 next service would be at 1650 hours instead of 1600?

Try this and let me know if it works out for you:

  1. Set the shift factors on the maintenance plan.
  2. The maintenance plan should be setup to create a PM order
  3. Call the maintenance plan schedule
  4. While TECO the order, there is a popup to enter Reference Date and time. There is also a button to create measurement documents. Enter the relevant measurement.
  5. Review the maintenance plan schedule. It should be adjusted based on the shift factor and the newly created measurement document.

Greetings,

you need to maintain shift factors on maintenance scheduling parameters tab. Maintain both at 100%.

So would I add a PRT for that measurement point to the operation on the tasklist for the service PM?
