ME92F already printed

Dear GURUS,

I have the following issue:

My customer manages confirmation control in purchase order and wants to use ME92F in order to print the confirmation letter reminder.

But the only put the flag Mandatory confirmation and they don't put a confirmation key.

The resul is that even if I have already printed once the message AUFB and then I run ME92, the same PO comes out in the layout and seems that no reminder letters are never printed before. But is not true.

Is there a way in order to:

1. Exclude po in ME92F if there is already a message AUFB

2. Not exclude them but have a sign in the list that highilght the orders for which the message has been already printed?

Hi,

For Multiple Print of PO with message AUFB,Use t.code: NACE, Application EF -> Output types > select your PO message type AUFB, In General Data TAB select check box  of Multiple issuing  and save.

Now create a new PO and check your requirement but cross check setting of reminder days in your material master!
