ME23N PO Print Preview not working sometimes

Hi,

We have lot of POs that are printed. But when the users try to do a print preview on the POs using Tcode Me23N, the print preview does not work all the times. On some POs, it will show the print preview on some it will not, even though, the POs are printed successfully.

Does anyone know why this might be happening?

Yes all the print conditions are maintained.

Hi Rupesh,

May I know what is the output type you are using ???

Some times it happens that user can not see the print privew but spool will genrate , same thing you can check in SP01.

This is totally random, all the users have access to ME9F and they use it all the time.

Are your print condition records (MN04/MN05) completely maintained for every possible combination?

We had a similar situation. It turns out that the user did not have authorization for ME9F. Is your problem limited to certain users or is the problem totally random?
