ME21N message determination positive - no entry in NAST

While creating a purchase order a message 'ZORR' is found, message determination is positive. But no entry in NAST is written.

I have no clue what to do to solve this problem.

Hopefully someone can give me a powerful advice.

Problem solved

An entry in Fine-Tuned Control: Purchase Order was missing.

1) Did you hold the purchase order? If yes, please save the document and then check the entry in table NAST.

2) What are the parameters you passed to the table NAST?

Hi Rosh,

I hold the purchase order without saving when message determination is positiv.

After posting the PO no entry in NAST exists.

May have a look at provided customizing data one post above.

Hi,

   Open the PO in ME23N and check whether the message type still showing in the messages tab! If its not there,

• Check whether there is any update termination in SM13. If so, analyze the update termination.
• Go to ME22N - open the PO and go to messages tab. Now, go to Menu - Go to - Determination Analysis and check why the message was not triggered / saved.
• While creating PO, go to determination analysis and check whether the conditions triggered is based on any partner. If so, check whether there is any partner determination at the time of save - as shown below in partner function configuration:

Are you trying to do message determination at item level?

You have a field called "Empfangswerk" in your access, this is in english "receiving plant"  which is the plant in your PO item.

Yes i have got some coding for receiving plant. The value of the field on header level is filled by the value of the items. Any item has got same receiving plant.

In module RVCOMFZZ value of field receiving plant is filled.
