Recently as part of POC converted to S4 from ECC EHP 8. Create Material app via MDG is dumping with following error.
500 Internal Server Error
View element with ID FPM_CA_HEADER_TOOLBAR_STANDARD_FUNCTION_OPEN_SIDE_PANEL in view PAGE_HEADER already exists Server time:
In Source system working as expected, but not consistent in s4.
