hi experts, when i run the MD04 screen,in sometimes doesn't occure requirement for compenent. Requirements are created for the base material but not for the components

Can anyone explain the why it is,

Hello

Check if the BOM of the parent material has been correctly exploded, and if this component is part of the BOM. 
If it is, then you should have a dependent requirement in table RESB, and this dependent requirement is generally displayed in MD04.
However, there are situations where you don't see dependent requirements in MD04. You might be using a reorder point MRP type, there might a BAdI implementation, or the dependent requirement might be under a different MRP Area.

Hello, I appreciate your feedback. I looked over the steps you wrote and they sounded reasonable, then I looked over the material master data and saw that there was data missing from the production revision. I fixed the production revision area. And the issue was resolved.
