Hi,
I have a problem while creating a material that already exist in 2 new plants.
When I'm creating a Purchase Order, the system tells me that "Material XX not maintained in plant XXX".
The problem is that all the view are created when I go check the material master record : MRP, Purchasing, Storage Location... And this is the same message for both plant.
It is working with another material and material type, also created for the same plants, and it's working perfectly...
The thing is : both material have the same data in the material master record AND in the material type data (only the name changes).
This is insane... I really don't understand...
Does anyone has a idea ?
Thanks for your help.
Best Regards,
Remi

Please check whether you have created BASIC views if not please go to MM01 an extend the views
The error message clearly shows that material in not maintained in Plants
(or) check whether the plant entered is correct

go to tcode MM60 and give the plant and see if u can find that material code (which is in question here) in the list if yes or no please let me know and do this for both the plants
if the answer is no then there is a reason for that
