Material with release key not possible when creating a Change Number

 why can't I associate the Material with a release key when creating a Change Number in CC01 app?

Only the following objects types support release key in S/4HANA Cloud 

• Bill of material

• Routing

• Reference operation set

• Characteristic

• Characts of class

• Classification

• Validity of Material Version

• PVS Variant

• PVS Mode

• PVS Dependency
