We have created a production order and released it. All the components are confirmed and reservation is created. But next day for few components its showing in missing part reports. we have checked the ATP checkin rule for sales orders but it does not seems to be reallocating the stocks from the PO.
Request clarification before answering.
The fact that components are available according to ATP check does not mean that the stock is there but that there are receipts planned for a date before the consumption date. Or, some other process can issue these components, unless you established some error message.

@AJ1983 You will be having an option to validate material availability check through CO24, can you please execute the report and look for committed qty for the order. also you can validate availability overview (CO09) for more about ATP.
