Material Number are getting created with some missing sequence.

In our S/4HANA Cloud System we are facing one issue in material master , here Material Number are getting created with some missing sequence.  

For example the material 2000000 was created  ,  then it skipped the in-between material numbers available and directly

created the material number 2000010 .

Why is this ?

The Behaviour is described in the KBA 3426480 ( https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/3426480 )

In S/4HANA CLoud the option to disable buffering is not available
