Material not listed and allowed in to delivery

When user try to create delivery the material is not listed but it's allowed to delivery

Do you mean to say the Material Substitution happens at Delivery level?

If yes, I assume, the Material is entered in Delivery Document. If yes, please assign the Listing Procedure to Sales Document Type DL.

Here User concern is without material is catalogue (listed) how it's allowed to deliver.

When you say, the material is not listed, in which transaction you were referring ? Normally, if a delivery is created with reference to a sale order, you need to ensure that the material in the sale order is confirmed for the ordered quantity or partial quantity for the current date. If that is zero, then, you wont be seeing that material in delivery.

Actually the issue is there is substituted item and the item is integrated into Delivery but when I check the transaction VB03 material is not listed.

Is the material allowed to delivery without listed?

In this scenario in delivery level the material substitution hapens

Hello Lakshmipathi , I have sales order that checked the material exclusion/inclusion but while creation of delivery the material date is expired and it showing incompletion log but still line item is included in the delivery .
