Material in quality Inspection in stock overview and Quality is not activated for the Material

Hi Gurus,

In the material stock overview (MMBE or MB52) stock is showing in quality inspection. But the Quality view is not activated in Material master. When I am trying to activate QM in Material master error msg is "To activate QM, the inspection stock for the material must be empty". Sorce of stock is PO and MIRO has been done for the same PO. GR cancel is not possible. Please help me.

Hello Shyamalendu Dey,

In the standard system, movement type 321 is defined for posting changes from quality inspection stock to unrestricted-use stock by using transaction code MB1B.

Please confirm if it's works for you.

No, I am using S4 Hana. Here MB1B is isolated. Please share if any alternate solution is there.

Use MIGO transaction and select option transfer posting with movement 321.
