Material in QM lot since 2020. The related production order will not complete. How to delete QM lot

Unable to get a part out of QM lot. This part has been in QM lot since 2020 and does not actually exist. The related production order will never complete. so this QM lot needs to be deleted. Material is maintained with 04 inspection type.. Please help me with a resolution on this

Can you see the in QA32? Why don't you accept the inspection lot so that stock can come out of quality inspection unrestricted and then perform whatever you need?
