We've been working with S/4HANA Cloud and one of our developments lies on API for receiving material documents notifications (SAP_COM_0263) (a SOAP interface), which was exposed via a communication arrangement pointing to a develop webservice, that implements the WSDL defined on API and is hosted on Cloud Platform.
This webservice is receiving and processing requests when tested via Postman for instance, but doesn't log anything when a new material document is created on S/4HANA.
In the Message Dashboard App the user has /LOGIN namespace assigned, but it doesn't show anything. We also trying to assign the namespace /MMIM, unfortunately in our system it has no "Recipient Name" associated to it.
Application Log however it shows an attempt to create an EDI:
Information: Processing of output item MMIM_MATDOC_GDSMVMT_ESOA with ID 500000010320180001.
Information: Processing of output item with technical ID FA163E59D2E01EE8B1C462BB563A427B using channel EDI.
Error: No active outbound service could be found.
Not sure if they are related, but is the only clue that we've got so far.
Any ideas on where we could get more logs or what is missing to get the API called when a new material document is created?
