material availability date is before sales order creation date

Hello,

We are experiencing issues with a few sales orders where the material availability date is being determined before the order creation date.

We have checked the scheduling settings for the sales document type in SPRO, and backward scheduling is not enabled.

What could be the possible reason for this?

The issue arises when there are no 'X' in the field DlvSchdlg and TranspSchd flag in transaction OVLY for order type.

2221849 - Customizing and process flow of SD scheduling

Material Availability date
In case of backwards scheduling: material availability date = loading date – pick pack time
In case of forwards scheduling: material availability date = loading date – pick pack time or current date
