MATDOC - sale orders in transit cases

Hi

We need to find how much inventory at any point in time is intransit due to orders in shipping from MATDOC table.

Intransit cases

1. Where goods issues but not yet delivered

2. Customer rejected delivery and item is not yet back in stock

3. We picked a return but item is not yet stocked in the inventory

Can you help us how we can find this?

Looks like, we have not configured SAP in this way. So the way i used is by union delivery confirmation and return pickup info into the data
