Master Recipe Selection Error!

Hi experts,

Please help me to solve this case:

I have a planned order and want to convert it into process order, this message appears:

No task list within validity period of production version

Message no. CP006

Diagnosis

During routing selection, the system searches for production version . A routing exists for this production version, however, it is not valid for the validity period of the production version.

I checked and found that the validity period of master recipe & production version are the same.

Using COR1, I can create process order with appropriate Master Recipe!

All settings for master recipe selection in COR4 are correct.

What seem to be the problem here?

Hi,

Check the Production version validity and also the lot size .

Order Qty must be with in the lotsize range.

Hi Alapati,

Thank you for your answer. Before posting this question, I also found that order quantity lay outside Lot Size range of production version, but I didn't think that's the cause as the message does not relates to quantity at all. Your answer pushed me to try, and it's solved!

Check following things,

1) Are you assigned the master recipe in Production version? if yes

2) Check the plan order basic start date with the Production version valid start date, is the plan order basic start date is with in the Production version valid date?
