Master recipe - ECC - Tcode: C201

Hello people, I need create the master recipe when the resource 1 start and the resource 2 start after resorce 1 [5 minutes ]

I used ECC And APO.

These master recipe propose a process order for an amount of time greater than the real one.

We detect that if the process order is generated by a Vat Milk it is correct.

But if we generate the process order for more than one Vat Milk, the times in the process order are incorrect (long).

What I understand that system \ PE1 does is wait for Resource 1 to complete to start resource 2 and this extends the real time of the process order.

The reality in the production line is that shortly after \ minutes that resource 1 started working, Resource 2 also started working.

Resource 2 does not wait for Resource 1 to finish.

Hello,

In master recipe you will have a field called Offset relation ship

Minimum and Maximum is the time interval for relationship which gets represented via the value for the minimum or maximum duration of a relationship.

This value is maintained in the ERP system, but evaluated in the planning system such as SAP APO (Advanced Planner & Optimizer) or Process Flow Scheduler (PFS).

Example: A liquid that is produced in one phase must be processed further within a certain time, otherwise it will change its composition or consistency which would make further processing impossible. Enter the duration after which - at the latest - the successor must start.
