Hello Dear Experts,

Please help me,

Sanjal Biotech is a silicone company, focussing and developing products for the textile and garment industry. They offer advanced, comprehensive solutions such as enzymes, polyurethanes, antimicrobial solutions, and process enhancers.

Two modern plants in Bangalore cater to the growing domestic and overseas requirements, with the flexibility for low volumes in short lead time. With offices in key locations in India and abroad, fully networked and IT-empowered sales, administration and support operations, company ensures prompt, efficient customer service.

Demonstrate the business scenario from master contract including value and service based billing.

Please help me for the config of such scenario with the steps.

hi,

this is to inform you that,

create a master contract - 1st step.

create a value and a service contract - 2nd step.

link this two low level contracts to master contracts.

different pricing procedures will be there for value and service contracts each.

the process flow of this is :

1. for value contract : MASTER CONTRACT - SALES ORDER - DELIVERY - BILLING.

2. for service contract : MASTER CONTRACT - SALES ORDER - BILLING.

hope this clears your issue.

Please if you give me detail then it very helpful to me, I am totaly un awair regarding contract and i wan to config scenario from master contract including value and service based billing.
