Massive Export of XML documents from eDocument Cockpit?

Hello,

The customer would like to massively extract the XML files created from the eDocument Cockpit app - for a specific period (say the last quarter) in order to save them locally. Is this possible/forseen?

Dear customer

to Enable Mass download option for eDocuments to download the XMLs for multiple eDocument at a time to local system you must follow the below steps:

Go to “Electronic Documents Processing” section and selecttile ‘eDocument Cockpit’

Select node ‘Italy eInvoice’ in left side panel under Result Overview.

Select the entries.Click on ‘Export File’ button in Menu bar

System prompt a popup to choose a directory (ignore this popup as file will be downloaded to local system), Click on ‘Choose’ button in the popup screen.

System start downloading files in to your local machine

The behavior shall varies based on browser you are using

Chrome: All Files will be downloaded to default Download folder of your local machine ŸInternet Explorer: Due to Security reasons, for each file user must confirm by clicking on ‘Save’ button to download files into local machine

hi Michela, will this solution work for sales invoice ? we can massively download inbound AP invoice, but AR invoice don't allow.

Hello,

I tried as per indicated but I still can not download the XML documents.

Is this feature available in higher version of SAP, S4 HANA for instance?

We are looking at both incoming and outgoing invoices.
