Since we have moved to Fiori and WebDynpro apps we have noticed the mass update options are available in Find Maintenance Notifications / Orders & Manage Maintenance Notifications and Orders. Most of the field that would require a mass update are there except for User Statuses.
Has SAP provided a way to make mass updates to User Statuses?

Hello Michael ,
We do not have user status functionality in S4 HANA Cloud for Asset Management. For Maintenance Order, we have Phase Control code which is included in the apps you mentioned.
Please see the influence request https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/idea/215648/?section=sectionDetails
where this was raised previously

Hi Mike ,
A mass change option for Phase Control Codes is not directly available but there is a mass change option for System Status which as a results effects what Phase the orders are in .
Screenshot attached from an internal S/4HANA Cloud System to show from the app 'Find Maintenance Order and Operation'
Information on the new phase model in S/4HANA Cloud is available in the blog

Hi Enda - Thank you for the response. I'll check out the Phase Control Codes and from what I have seen, the functionality is similar to User Statuses.
Do the Phase Control Codes have a mass update functionality where these could be updated for several Work Orders at once?
Thanks,
Mike
