Hi all,
We are trying to use Mass Maintenance - Products to update some material details (valuation areas in this case) and if the import file contains any more than around 10-20 records the process becomes extremely slow to the point that it stops entirely, even after running for days. There are no errors in the process when we only import a few changes at a time but it is not practical to do this when we need to make around 1700 changes.
Does anyone know what could be causing this problem, or what steps we can take to diagnose what is causing the performance issue?
Thanks

Hello,
Common cause could be due to custom logic.
You can try to check whether there is implementation which can cause performance issue.
If it's not the case, it's necessary to collect performance trace to find out the reason.

Owen
