Mass changes to purchasing info record

while doing mass changes in info record we got error while in application job 

error message :-INSERT A MEDICATION IN THE COMPONENT MM-PUR-GF-MAS

What does it means any authorization missing or anything else on this ...?

I would have expected an error message such as Please create an incident for component MM-PUR-GF-MAS?

(What was the exact error message, I have a doubt about this capitalised message, are you usin a SAP Intelligent Clinical Supply Management system?)

the error was like 

INSERT A MEDICATION IN THE COMPONENT MM-PUR-GF-MAS it showed as error .

I would translate german 'Meldung' as 'Notification' or 'Message' in this case 😎 so go to Get Support for SAP support at Getting assistance (with S-Id)

Basically, SAP has asked you to create an incident via the support application. (You get a case that shouldn't appear.)
