Mass BOM changes with different BOMs and different Part numbers and Qty

Hi,, # mass bom change

I have 1000+ BOMs where I have the requirement like this.
In CS20 / CEWB, we can't change the part numbers and qty . Hence same can't be used. Pls share any other method to solve this problem

BOM NUMBER	OLD PART NUMBER	NEW PART NUMBER	QTY	Remarks
BOM1	A	B	5	change
BOM1	C	D	10	change
BOM2	E	F	5	change
BOM3	L	M	7	change
BOM4	K		0	Delete line item
BOM5		R	5	Add New line item
