Marked as a fixed Business transactions in Step 3 Executing Inititialize Parallel Valuation Area

I am executing the Initialize Parallel Valuation Area (TPM_INITIALIZE) for OTC transactions.

When I execute the step 3 "Fix/Post the Business Transactions in the Treasury Ledger" all flow are posted.

I do not want to post all the flows of the new Valuation area. I need to marked as a fixed all the flows before the key date. For the valuation Area 001 I run TBB1_LC for the past flows.

I just want to fix/post the flows after the key date.

Is possible marked as a fixed (with no posting) the flows of a period of time executing the step 3 "Fix/Post the Business Transactions in the Treasury Ledger" in the Initialize Parallel Valuation Areas?
