Dear expert,
While performing the supplier master data migration in the public cloud, I noticed that the migration template suggests using "LFA1" for the Text ID field.
However, during the mapping stage, I was unable to locate LFA1 as an available option.
Here's the error message:
May I ask if I missed any configuration or prerequisite step?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your support.

Hello @kaya-ya
Thanks for posing your question in Community and providing the detailed screenshots.
I have compared the documents in SAP Help Portal - Supplier and Sample data for this object.
The statement "The text object for supplier general texts is 'LFA1'" in tooltips does not mean, you should enter 'LFA1' for the Text ID field. It means that the text entered in this field is stored in Supplier Master (General Section) (Technical name: LFA1).
Same logic with 'Text ID' field in the sheet 'Company Texts'. In the tooltip, it mentions "The text object for supplier company texts is 'LFB1'". So the value entered here, will stored in Vendor Master (Company Code)(Technical name: LFB1).
I also highly recommend you to download Sample data which also contains migration object 'Supplier'. You can compare those prefilled templates with your template.
Note that the sample data records are only examples and do not cover every possible combination of values.
Best regards,
Irene
