Manufacturers part number not showing under purchasing tab in material master

I tried to fill in the cell Mfr Part Number to the purchasing tab in mm02  but its not showing in all Material Types.

How can face this problem?

MPN is to be set up as MPN profile in SPRO under MM-> Purchasing--> define MPN profile.

Try to use MPN profile and also set MPN indicator in customizing and then try in MM01

In Customizing for the Material master, the indicator Manufacturer part number must be set. You can check this in the activity Make Global Settings.

Hi,

Looks like both are different material types - kindly check the OMS9 config for the MPN number field (field selection key 123 in standard) and ensure its enabled for input.
