Manual Selection of Production version Not working

Hi, Need help with Production version. I have set up the Production version selection as "1" Manual selection in OPL8.

I have a material that has Three Routing/three Production version, I have a Planned order which already selected one Production version. When I try to convert the planned order to Production my expectation is that it should prompt all the Production version available for that material to select which one I want (since I set up the config for that order type as Manual selection prod version,). I'm not getting any prompt to select Production version when converted to production order, it automatically takes the first production version. 

How can make it manual selection when converted planned order to Production order?

In case you are on S/4, you also need to set 'BOM Explosion' to '2' (see 3051827 - In S/4 HANA there is no popup when converting a planned order into a production order. - S...)
