Manual bookings are not possible on fixed asset accounts?

1. How to book manualy on fixed asset account to affect GL and individual fixed asset codes in order to make GL 0, to change alternative account
2. P&L accounts showing that they have balance even if we rebook them to zero, so we cannot change alternative also
