Manual Bank Statement not completed

Hi Expert 

We have tried to post manual bank statement by "Manage Bank Statement APP", but the system not posting the same also not gives any error. Hence, Statement Status showing "Not Completed".

Kindly help to resolve the same on top priority. Because our UAT testing is hamper.

Hi, 

this is not the incident system. Keep that in mind, so you should never provide CB user or any other sensitive information from your system. 

Now to the issue, what does the application log say? I keep reading these requests on the SAP Community and unfortunately not a single user is going into the Reprocess Bank Statement Items app and is opening the Application log of those items which are "Not Completed".

Can you do this for me and tell us what error message or info message is there?

Hi, Could you check the console log with pressing key F12? Please exclude whether this is caused the authorization issue. I post the bank statement manually in our internal testing system, no issue exists. I would like to suggest you raise an incident to the product support team if you still cannot resolve the issue.
