Managing settlements for marketing activities

Hello,

We are looking if Settlement Management could be used to automate following process only using S/4HANA Public Cloud.

Business Process:
1) We have a EquipmentSupplier who is manufacturing an EquipmentA. EquipmentSupplier gives us 10% of all purchased volume of EquipmentA as a marketing found.

2) We have MarketingSupplier who is managing promotion. They issue us an invoice MarketingActivities.

3) Depending on MarketingActivity we issue an invoice to EquipmentSupplier with 40% or 50% of MarketingSupplier invoice, but totally not more that 10% of all purchased volume of EquipmentA.

Is it actually possible to implement such process using standard functionality of Settlement Management?

How are you? I have excluded the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud" and included the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud for Finance" for this question, as Settlement Management is a Process related to Finance Line of Business.
